1. The service
FilmFolio helps media creatives show their work and helps clients find and hire them. During early access, features may change, and some pages show labelled sample content to demonstrate how the product will work.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
- You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at filmfolio.in@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.
3. Your work and content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By publishing it on FilmFolio, you let us display it on the site so others can see your work.
Only publish work you have the right to show, and credit your role accurately. Don’t claim credit for work you didn’t do.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t post anything unlawful, misleading, harassing or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Don’t impersonate another person or business.
- Don’t scrape, overload or try to break the service.
5. Projects and payments
Payments, escrow and contracts are not live on FilmFolio yet. Any agreement you make with another member is between you and them. FilmFolio isn’t a party to it.
6. Sample content
Profiles, teams, projects and briefs marked “Sample” or “Demo” are illustrative. They don’t describe real people, productions or open roles.
7. Removing content and accounts
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing filmfolio.in@gmail.com.
8. Our responsibility
We work to keep FilmFolio available and accurate, but the service is provided as it is during early access. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses arising from your use of the site or from dealings between members.
9. Changes to these terms
We’ll update this page when the terms change and revise the date at the top. If you keep using FilmFolio after a change, the updated terms apply.
